Although the evangelical church in France is small by comparison to the US, Canada or even the UK, there is a robust church planting movement and need for Pastors and church leaders who are called to partner with French leaders to support discipleship and church growth.

Here in France, there is such opportunity to join in as God multiplies disciples of Jesus and grows His church. We need and are actively praying for more workers in this field.

In order to be effective ministers if the gospel in France we seek these values:
– To be teachable and work towards a high level of linguistic and cultural competence
– To be humble and serve French partners, honouring them and placing their vision higher than our own
– To love French people and French culture
